Every child has a dream, and Leo brings us the story of one such child. Leo, a directed and written by Jinna Mutune, is set to be released in May 2011. The film challenges the perceptions of many Kenyans and reminds us of the importance of achieving your dreams and aspirations.

Trevor Gitonga plays the lead role, alongside great screen actors like David Morin and Godwin Odera, as well as well known faces in the Kenyan media such as Chris Kirubi and Jeff Koinange. Trevor was cast as the starring role of Leo. A Child Actor with a dream, Trevor is budding young Kenyan actor with a bright future in both film and theater. He has appeared (and starred) in various theatrical, commercial and television projects as well as in several educational and humanitarian docu-dramas and short films.

Gowi Odera - Sirinkai, Leo's Father. A man who has watched his older son make decisions he does not agree with. A man watching his youngest son grow out of childhood into the peculiarities of manhood. A modern Maasai man struggling with the harsh reality of when culture meets reality!
Conor Ailín Lyons plays Ed, an American prep school boy who yearns for the attention and approval of his father. Ed and Leo forge a most most unlikely friendship - and are forced to fight for it!
