 EMOTIONAL involvements amongst celebrities is no new phonemena, even though most stand but for a short period, a few celebrities have been linked in regards to relationships with other celebrities. Ghana's fastest rapper Sarkodie seems to have joined the trail and is believed to be emotionally involved to soul singer and one of Ghana's finest female performers, Efyah.
Even though the two seem to have found a special chemistry after recording a song, "I'm In Love With You Now" on Sarkodie's upcoming album, "RAPPERHOLIC", many believe that the relationship between the two trends deeper than is been portrayed.
The song is a mesmerizing, souful appeal from Sarkodie (a man) to Efyah a lady) after seemingly breaking her heart and cheating on her in a relationship. In the song, Sarkodie goes low on vocals and actually attempts to sing, a risk worth the take and an art well executed.
The passion with which the two delivered the song is unprecedented and remarkably amazing. Quame Junior speaks to the two on the composition of the song. Sarkodie was quick to decline, "It is not a personal experience, it's just a song I was very much into and I put my all in it to make it good".
In a separate interview, Efyah adds "Definitely is the sheer passion I have for the song and the quest to produce something good for everybody out there to enjoy and has no personal ties in anyway" she concludes.
The song was premiered on radio a few weeks back and would be out commercially when the album is released according to the "Baby" song writer.
"The radio airplay is on going, and I would be releasing it online soon but it would be out commercially when the album is launched".
Like many, I can't wait for the song to be released and for those who thought, he was done, it looks like he is barely started.
